According to Bhai Sahib words ਦੇਹਿ and ਦੇਹੁ mean ਦੇਹੋ . ਦੇਹ means body.
According to Prof. Sahib Singh words ਦੇ means ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ. ਦੇਇ also means ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ as well as ਦੇ ਕੇ.
If this is correct then in the following panktis
There is no consistency. Further:
The word ਦੇਹ does not mean body. There are many panktis in Gurbani which do not fit the viyakaran rules given by both scholars. Why are words written differently and mean the same thing?

I think the word ਦੇਹਿ come in the meanings of ਦੇਹੋ and also ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਹੈ. Hukami kiriya comes in both by aunkad and sihaari in the end.

Here the word actually means ਦੇਹ the body as per Talwara jee.

It could be due to accent. Some say deho and others say deh. When Gurbani contains so many words from so many regions and so many languages and accents, it's natural that there would be exceptions to rules. When trying to understand the grammar, we should also understand the exceptions. These words like deh with sihaari or with aunkad ending do not mislead in the pankitis as the meanings are quite clear when you see the use of these words in the context.

Another very big problem in the spelling mistakes in printed birs. Talwara jee had found a lot and lot of these mistakes by comparing the printed birs to hand-written old birs and presented the case to SGPC. No action has been taken so far.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa
Waheguru ji ki fateh

Bijla Singh jio,

The word ਦੇਹ does not mean body."

We think it is body because Guru clarifies here:

Panna 4

Which clearly means ਦੇਹ as body. Hope that helps.

but the sgpc arent that bothered its all about making money, therefore there is as always a need for santhiya and larevaar saroop so only those with santhia can do the seva.
