In bani it says that there is only one amrit and that is amrit naam
But if there's only one amrit - naam - then what's khande kee pahul

thats wat khanda de pahul is
u read panj banis which contain naam and amirt within them
the water will become amrit
the khanda will make the amrit so that u become a powerful warrioe
that patashah so u will also be like a sant, peaceful, kind, sweet natured
both combined make u a sant and a sipai
remeber, bani also says the shabad contains naam within it
and within naam and bani is amrit

Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki fateh.
AMRIT of NAAM is in GURBANI.
The Khande Batte De PAHUL... is PAHUL.
If reading Gurbani ( Panj banian) over Water turns water into "Naam Amrit" then WHY DID GURU NANAK- GURU TEG BAHADUR GIVE CHARAN-PAHUL ?? Charan-Pahul is WATER into which GURU JI DIPPED His BIG TOE. Dont tell em GURU Nanak to Guru Teg bahadur - the NINE GURU SAHIBAANS didnt want to READ GURBANI and turn water into "naam Amrit".
The Answer is GURU GOBIND SINGH JI DISCONTINUED the Charan-Pahul and REPLACED it with KHANDE BATTE DE PAHUL...as the DEHDHARI GURU was being ENDED and GURU SHIP was passed to Shabad Guru GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE.
Just like CHARAN PAHUL, from Guru nanak to Guru Teg Bahdur Ji, the Khnade Batte de PAHUL from Guru Gobind Singh Ji is part of an INITIATION CEREMONY to make us GURU WALLEH. That is why it is always said" Peevoh PAHUL khande Dhaar...Hoveh Janam Suhelah..." IT is NOT "peevoh AMRIT khande dhaar hoveh janam sohelah ???"
This is where we lose the argument when any oen wants us to QUOTE GURBANI and show them WATER is "NAAM AMRIT". Not a SINGLE TUK in GURBANI of 1430 AAngs of Guru Granth can be used to PROVE that water can be same as "Naam Amrit".
The Word "amrit" has been used and misused.....From CENTURIES DEVTAS and GODS have looked for this "amrit"... Oceans were Stirred with Mountains to get "amrit"..... BUT ALL this was ELUSIVE and NO SUCCESS achieved until SATGUR NANAK brought down ILAHI GURBANI from SACH KHAND...for the First time Humanity had real AMRIT in its grasp....that is why Guru Amardass Ji says" Bani Guru GURU hai BANI, wich BANI AMRIT SAREH" GURBANI is the ONE and ONLY thing that has REAL AMRIT.
People like Kala Afghana have "attacked" the Khande Batteh de PAHUL precisely because we Sikhs have referred to an INITIATION CEREMONY as GURBANI AMRIT. That is WHY we cannot find any reference to Khande Batte da "amrit" in any tuk of GURBANI and our detractors embarrass us by asking us to PROVE this from GURBANI.....how to Prove what is NOT in Gurbani ??
ANY ONE can "enjoy" the Naam Amrit in GURBANI because it is UNIVERSAL and for ALL HUMANITY.....BUT to become a GURU WALLAH, a True SIKH MUST go through the Khande Batte De PAHUL and turn into a SINGH of Guru Gobind Singh ( It is IMPOSSIBLE to say one is a "guruwallah" of Guru nanak-Guru Teg bahadur sahib jee BECAUSE there is NO MORE CHARAN-PAHUL..... so no amount of Gurbani reading will MAKE one a GURU WALLAH ). And remeber GURBANI is CRYSTAL CLEAR that in order to TRULY BENEFIT from GURBANI NAAM AMRIT.... a "SIKH" ( learner ) MUST TURN INTO a GURU WALLAH SINGH...and in order to do that one MUST Go through the Khande Batte De PAHUL. This is the TRUE END RESULT of the Complete MAN that Guru nanak set out to Create...SIKH into SINGH...anything in between is INCOMPLETE. If GURBANI NAAM AMRIT was "enough" then GURU GOBIND SINGH JI wouldnt have created Khande Batte De PAHUL. This is enough EVIDENCE to Prove that Khande Batte de PAHUL is a Vital Necessity for any and EVERY SIKH who wants COMPLETION of His Lifetime on EARTH as Ordained by WAHEGURU. GURBANI AMRIT and Khande Batte De PAHUL COMPLEMENT each other and both are NOT mutually EXCLUSIVE.
This is the reason why it is a misconception/ MISINFORMATION to say that merely taking "khande batte de PAHUL" WITHOUT any Gurbani naam japping nitnem, Rehat etc is "enough" to save us from Karam and give us Muktee.....BOTH GURBANI NAAM AMRIT and Khande Batte De PAHUL are Vital .

Yes there is one Amrit, Amrit Naam.
But where you get it?
We get it, When you take Khande Ki Pahul.
Amrit naam is not available without Khade Ki Pahul.
Without Pahul, reciting NAAM is not productive & fruitful. (May be)
